Taking a welcome break from her hectic filming schedule we met with one of our favourite British actresses, Sarah Parish, the other week. A fabulous champion of the Franchetti Bond brand, Sarah regularly pops into our Hampshire boutique to pick up seasonal pieces for herself or gifts for friends and family.
A busy work diary meant we could sneak in a quick coffee and a catch up at our Hampshire store to show Sarah our new season collection. Back on a mini-break from filming in Italy for the next series of Netflix hit Medici Part Two, it was great to take some time out and for Sarah to pick some of our classic winter pieces for this season.
Browsing over the new season pieces, Sarah remarked how “Franchetti Bond is such a great place to shop for winter accessories”. Our luxurious furs and classic leather bags can lift any woman’s winter wardrobe. While our essential gift range make shopping for Christmas super easy – Sarah loves a simple fur pom pom hat, fingerless gloves or one of our fabulous fur tippets that can be teamed with your favourite coat or simply popped on with a cashmere jumper to add a cosy finishing touch!
Having been in Tuscany for the last few months filming, coming back to the cooler climes of England meant that a chic, yet warm winter wrap was essential for layering up whilst back at home! The Alcie reversible wrap with real fur pom poms is just the piece for styling over day wear to keep the winter chill at bay! A perfect choice by Sarah.
With a few more weeks of filming to complete in Italy and with Christmas coming soon, Sarah will be turning her mind to events closer at home, namely organising the next event for her and her husband’s (Jim Murray) charity, the Murray Parish Trust.
A fabulous Christmas celebration on 7th December at Winchester Cathedral, where a number of high profile personalities from the worlds of TV and Film are set to play their part in an exciting line-up of both musical and theatrical content. The likes of Hugh Bonneville, Olivia Coleman, Catherine Tate and renowned soprano Claire Rutter will make for a magical evening.
Speaking about the event Sarah was delighted that the Murray Parish Trust were working with Breast Cancer Haven to raise money and awareness “for two incredible local charities.” Nearly reaching their first £1 million mark, the charity has had a stellar year and hopes to keep the good work going into 2018 and beyond.
For such a special event and for all those Christmas invites that are steadily dropping through the letterbox a few little Franchetti Bond accessories could easily find their way into your wardrobe to add a touch of lux to a special outfit. Killer heels or a stylish evening bag are the perfect party partner! Sarah showed off some of Franchetti Bond’s evening pieces in true style teamed with a classic LBD and finished off with a slick of red lipstick. The chic Janet boot and Bibiana heel being two of her favourite pieces from our evening collection.
With so much going on it was great to catch up with Sarah and we look forward to seeing her again soon! xxx
